New to DPVN 2012 is "Check It Out!", a program that goes behind the DPVN network scenes, discussing various show topics from the previous week.

"Check It Out!" will go behind the scenes with the producers to let the viewers get to know the inside story. The host, Vanessa Wilson, will call attention to topics of viewer interest from the previous week and let the viewers know a what is to post on the network for the week ahead. The viewer becomes the insider. "Check It Out!" will also have informative segments within the program that will talk about what is happening in various national and global communities.

"HUMAN INTONATION presents... Protection is the New Black", is a fashion forward forum providing an opportunity to discuss the impact that the HIV epidemic is having among women and communities of color.

This program will strike a chord with controversial discussions about the dynamics of today's male-female relationships, and address possible scenarios for changing the ways we think about using protection, knowing your status, and more.

"HUMAN INTONATION presents... Protection is the New Black", expands on a candid conversation about the way women and men communicate with each other in regards to sex, for a better understanding of how we can have an impact on ending the HIV epidemic.

"The Journey" is a reality, web-TV show, based on the lives of individuals that aspire for success in their respective fields and careers. The show will feature these individuals in a different light, in that it focuses as much on their thoughts and opinions, as well as important issues and topics that shed light on their careers. The purpose of the show is to show the subject's human side and their appeal as everyday people, striving to make it like everyone else.

"The Journey" will also give some insight as to their creative process, and the amount of work they put in, to achieve their goals. The show will be in 7 to 15 minute webisodes, and will be shot on location, wherever the subject might be at a given time. There will be two webisodes per week.

"Upscale Desires" is a hot, fun and sexy internet television show created to provide viewers with the opportunity to increase their knowledge of intimacy, in order to create healthier relationships. The program will also discuss how celebrities and the adult industry effect Hollywood.

The topic of sex is one of the highest rated, Google search keywords. It's a topic that is thought provoking and intriguing. There's no business like the sex business. Every business is built by getting, keeping and growing customers and that requires sustainable relationships with those customers, to get them viewing and coming back. "Upscale Desires" will lend a hand in connecting with those customers on a personal level.

"YIH8UUU" is a talk show that will feature politics from an urban standpoint, with issues that concern the Black and Latino communities such as, the legislation on paid sick days, education, and the living wage bill - ideas that will be intentionally controversial and thought provoking. We will lay down challenges to politicians and civilians alike - part entertainment, part indictment - of a failing and antiquated governmental system. A serious show with some added levity to break the tension that will inevitably arise due to a host unafraid to speak his mind.

"YIH8UUU" will have guest interviews and video segments that feature the creative, unorthodox, imaginative and/or innovative. No celebrities!!! Unless we are bashing them for stupidity or asking: Who are you and why are you famous? This show will definitely piss some folks off... but guess what... that's the point.
